Description:

Hitting the performance, cost and yield targets for microLED displays for augmented reality glasses poses formidable challenges. Here we discuss some issues related to micro cavity effects on the angle dependent spectrum of microLED and the challenge this poses to achieve a stable colour point. We report on the progress of MICLEDI 300mm manufacturing platform.
