Hiroaki ASAGI is a liquid crystal engineer at Sharp Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees in Electronics from Osaka University in 2008 and 2010, respectively. He joined Sharp Corporation in 2010, where he has mainly worked on developing photo-alignment materials and process for mobile LCDs. He is currently a associated manager of R&D Group, Sharp Corporation His main areas of focus are mobile LCDs, new alignment material and LC beyond display.
