Hiroshi Tsuji received the B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 2001, 2003 and 2005 respectively. From 2005 to 2007, he was a research fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. He worked on process modeling of metal oxide semiconductor large-scale integration manufacturing. From 2007 to 2011, he was a researcher at Osaka University, where he worked on compact modeling of poly-Si thin-film transistors (TFTs). Since 2011, he has been at the Science and Technology Research Laboratories, Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK), Tokyo, where he has been engaged in research on oxide TFTs and flexible displays.
