Hiroshi Yoshida received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electrical engineering from Muroran Institute of Technology, Hokkaido, Japan, in 1985 and 1987, respectively. He joined NEC Corporation, Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan, in 1987. And moved to Renesas Electronics Corporation in 2010. From 1987 to 2013, he engaged in the research and development of BiCMOS devices and HV devices. In 2014, he joined Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation, Hsinchu, Taiwan. His current research interests include the advanced CMOS device, HV device and IGZO device technologies.
