Kengo Hara was born in Osaka, Japan, in 1986.
He received a B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in Electronic Physics Engineering from Osaka Prefecture University, Osaka, Japan, in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
He joined Sharp Corporation in 2012 where he has mainly worked on developing TFT fabrication process for LCDs.
He has been mainly involved in the development of IGZO-TFT process.
