Trained as an engineer with an MBA, Pierre Laboisse brings nearly 30 years of high-tech industry experience, including 25 years in international roles across North America, Asia, and Europe. He has held multiple executive positions with a strong focus on bringing innovative microelectronics solutions to market.

He began his career as VP at Infineon Technologies, then joined NXP Semiconductors in 2008, where he played a key role in the company’s turnaround over seven years. He later became EVP at Asteelflash, managing global P&L, before joining ams OSRAM in 2016 as EVP, overseeing global sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy, significantly contributing to the group’s growth.
